Epic’s Taylor Seale joined the HiFi Health News podcast to discuss MyChart, the application used by more than 195 million people to access their medical records and stay connected to their care teams. In addition to features like test results, prescriptions, appointment scheduling, and personalized reminders, the conversation covered how built-in AI assistants will help answer questions and improve the user experience. Seale also explained how MyChart supports secure proxy access, allowing people to help manage care for children or aging parents.
