By providing access to patient experience data within health records, the Epic EHR integration aims to drive a more personal care experience.

Qualtrics and Epic will partner to integrate patient experience data directly into the EHR. “We create software that connects healthcare to improve outcomes, and Qualtrics provides insights that improve the patient experience,” said Epic’s Alan Hutchinson. “Together, our collaboration will help members of the Epic community exceed patients’ evolving expectations.”
