Exceeding EHR Client Expectations During COVID-19

Epic Systems and Cerner have both stepped up and exceeded expectations as EHR vendors throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a recent KLAS report. KLAS researchers asked healthcare professionals to rate their vendor’s reaction and support to the coronavirus on a 9-point scale. Seventy-nine percent of respondents said their vendor generally exceeded expectations. According to KLAS, vendors that received a high overall satisfaction rating before the pandemic, scored higher during the pandemic.
