30% of Finnish population covered by Apotti
The Apotti project in Helsinki, Finland will integrate social and health care for over 30% of the Finnish population. Apotti’s innovative approach unites traditional hospital and primary care with community-based social care services to care for the whole person. Services include primary care, dental services, behavioral health, nursing homes, elderly care, child welfare, addiction, rehabilitation services, and more.
Through a formal procurement process, Apotti chose Epic because of Epic’s deep functionality across the continuum of care, patient engagement tools, closed-loop referral management, and future development vision.
