Culinary Team Goes From Serving 5,000-Plus Employees to Serving Community

Epic Systems’ vaunted food operations has moved from making sandwiches and gelato for thousands of employees on its massive campus to serving meals for in-need groups in the Madison area.

Groups served include food pantries, long-term care facilities, front-line health care workers and at-risk groups.
