When Epic’s Culinary team needed to expand beyond a single cafeteria, Mikey’s Deli became the second lunch location on campus. The deli is close to the heart of its creator, Epic chef Mike Pollay, because he grew up eating at Jewish delis. Mikey’s Deli captures the spirit of a local corner deli where, Mike says, “they know you, they are excited to see you, and you’re going to feel good.”
