To help non-development staff grow their technical skills, Epic teams up with a local partner—the University of Wisconsin’s Department of Computer Sciences. Since 2014, Epic staff have had the opportunity to enroll in CS courses on topics like programming and database management, taught by UW professors on Epic’s campus.
