Dr. David Nash, Founding Dean of the Jefferson College of Population Health in Philadelphia, opened the Population Health Forum at our Experts Group Meeting (XGM). He discussed the Triple Aim of Population Health – improved health outcomes, more accessible care, and decreasing per capita expenditures.

He blogged about his visit: “I got special treatment and a preview of soon-to-be released products in development that literally took my breath away.  One in particular will allow physicians and other leaders to seamlessly connect data into a true patient registry.  I have been dreaming about registries since the passage of the Affordable Care Act. Though they’ve had registries in production for years, it appears to me that Epic will soon deploy the registry of the future!”
