MetroHealth’s Mobile Enrollment Unit Visits Epic’s Expert Group Meetings (XGM)

MetroHealth’s Mobile Enrollment Unit cruised from Cleveland to Verona for a special appearance at Epic’s Expert Group Meetings (XGM).

As a safety net organization, MetroHealth works with people who have a hard time getting transportation to receive care. The RV and its staff bring care to Cleveland-area residents by helping them enroll in publicly funded healthcare programs, schedule appointments at MetroHealth, enroll in the MyChart patient portal, and connect with nurse coordinators. It’s all part of MetroHealth’s Care Plus outreach program, which has brought coverage to more than 28,000 patients by meeting them where they live and work.
