Sutter Health gives expecting parents personalized information through MyChart Care Companion. Since launch, over 10,000 patients have enrolled to track their pregnancies with this digital care plan.
Sutter Health in Northern California took advantage of its high patient portal engagement and created a pregnancy care plan using MyChart Care Companion. Individuals can use their computers or mobile devices to review digital prenatal education from a trusted source and track important decisions and tasks that need to happen at specific pregnancy milestones. Since launch, over 10,000 expecting parents have enrolled in Sutter’s care plan.
